Assignment lengths can vary based on your organization's needs. Assignments range from per diem as-needed coverage to the classic 13-week contracts. However, we’ll customize assignments based on your needs and goals to fill your vacancies, interim roles, temp-to-perm positions, and more.

Absolutely! We are happy to work with both the healthcare facility and the nurse to extend assignments if possible.

Yes, we provide a housing concierge service to help identify housing options, offer travel stipends during assignments, and provide allowances for travel to the assignment location.

Full-time employees are also offered a health benefits option to further deliver reliability.
